It all began in 2000, millennium year, when we (Paul and Monique) decided to begin a new adventure in Albir, Spain. We already had a successful restaurant in Zandvoort, Holland. But after 10 years we wanted to start over and that's when we fell in love with a little place in Alfaz del Pí, called Albir.
